Ready to take back control of your health and well-being? We have weekly boxercise classes for adults 18 above with all fitness level and physical ability. Lockdown has kept us from moving around. However, this is the best time to take control as lockdown is now lifted. Opportunity to: - Increase your fitness - Gain back some level of socialisation - Lose weight - Develop your confidence & Self-esteem - Enhance your energy level and endurance - Release anger, frustration and tension Please bring your own boxing gloves or you purchase from us for £25 Safety Measures: - Wash or hand sanitise your hands before and after session - You can wear face covering the during session (optional) - If you feeling unwell, please use your common sense and not turn up the session. - Sessions are held outside, this will help reduce the spread of viruses
