Our goal is to use boxing as a tool to help people to increase their health & fitness. Box4Health aim to focus on people who are finding it challenging to:

Box4Health offer 30 mins-1 hour session personal training & group Class service to customers with different needs and health conditions. We are committed to offering a way of exercise and staying healthy to all people of all ages in the general public. Box4Health can reduces the risk canary heart diseases in male and female if all ages. Boxing can burn calories and fat if you have a limited amount of time to workout. Therefore, we aim to promote 30-45 minutes HIIT boxing sessions. Studies as shown that High Intensity Interval Training burns more calories than jogging on a treadmill for an hour.

Young people:

Box4Health focus on reduces criminal activities and negative behaviour of young people motivate and inspire them to be the best they can be through sports. We believe that every young person is entitled to a bright future, inspired by their hopes and dreams, regardless of their background. Like any sport, boxing creates a daily discipline of mental and physical fitness. The kids develop a strong sense of themselves and learn how to rely on one another in a team environment. 

 

Type of classes:

 

little Boxer

 

Little boxer will be a 30-minute class for little ones ages 4-6 to learn the science of boxing in a fun, safe environment, challenge their minds, and make new friends. Class sizes will be small to give each child enough individual instruction.

 

Youth Beginner

 

Youth Beginner is ideal for individuals who have little to no experience boxing or exercising. They will safely learn the fundamentals, including punches, how to hit the heavy bag, drills, and more. This educational class will help your child acquire a new skill and tap into his or her inner athlete.
