  • One-One Personal Training (One hour or 30 minutes sessions)

  • Small Group Training (One hour or 30 minutes sessions)

  • Sports Team based Training (One hour)

  • Circuit Training (Individual or Group)

  • Functional Training (Individual or Group)

1-2-1 Training 

1 hour single session = £50 per session

 

4 x hour sessions = £47.50 per session (Saving £2.50)

 

8 x hour sessions = £46.25 per session (Saving £3.75)

 

12 x hour sessions = £45.00 per session (Saving £5.00)

 

20 x hour sessions = £40.00 per session (Saving £10.00)

 

30 minutes single session = £30 per session

 

4 x 30 minutes session = £27.50 per session (Saving £2.50)

 

8 x 30 minutes session = £26.25 per session (Saving £3.75)

 

12 x 30 minutes session = £25 per session (Saving £5.00)

 

20 x 30 minutes session = £20 per session (Saving £10.00)

 

Health Check/Consultation

 

Every client must have a free consultation for before any training takes place.

 

Our Trainers:

 

All our trainers will be specialised in 30 minute High Intensity Training. Level 3 personal training qualified and First Aid at Work Qualified.
